Cathy did a great job assisting us in different options, she provided us a great tips as she is very knowledgeable on the products. she said we can pick up the bed in 4 weeks, and it took exactly 4 weeks to get the bed. we pick up the bed in our SUV from the store. This was my best furniture purchase ever.
My kids are indescribable happy, superior quality that we actually could afford. the bunkbed made of 100% solid wood and it's solid as a rock.
It took 6 weeks to arrive (a bit long) but since it was customize to our specs we didn't mind the wait.
Highly recommended.
