I was looking for a bunkbed for a spare bedroom and did not want to purchase without actually seeing the product first hand. Contacted Bedsmart and the owner was terrific to deal with. I was able to visit the warehouse and examine the bunkbed. Service, delivery and installation were excellent. The bed is very well made and sturdy. Highly recommend for those seeking good quality kids furniture.

Bought a Max & Lily bunk bed as a gift for my two nieces. The older one claimed the top bunk immediately lol and they seem to love it. Bought it from their website and only took 2 weeks to ship. Would recommend.

We love this bed and the quality is great. Much more then we expected. I definitely recommend. The bed arrived a week sooner than promised. It was well packaged and no damage. The bed was pretty easy to assemble overall. My husband did it all on his own in about 3 hrs. It is well constructed and super cute. My daughters loves it!

Wonderful experience from show room to delivery. Sal was very helpful while giving us space to discuss the many options. Got a loft bed and mattress that my 7 year old loves. Delivery was seamless with all of the boxes brought from truck to room without issue. I didn’t have to do anything but point out where everything went. We even made some small adjustments to the design to fit our space (flipped the table from under the bed to being on the other side)and they did it without batting an eye.
